Disclosure

This page explains the commercial and editorial facts you should know when reading Honey Butter Bread. Last updated: October 6, 2026. It describes the Site as it is configured today, and it will be updated when anything changes. It should be read with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Our Approach to Disclosure

We want you to know how the Site is funded, who might benefit from what you read and how the content was prepared. Our approach is to describe the actual setup in plain language, to state clearly when something is absent, and to place a clear notice next to the affected content if a commercial relationship is ever added. We try to follow the spirit of the guidance on endorsements and online commercial disclosure published by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. That is an aim, not a statement that the Site meets every legal requirement in every place, and this page is not legal advice. Because the Site currently has no commercial relationships to disclose, most sections below say so directly. The Site’s owner has not published a legal entity name or postal address, and this page does not claim one.

Affiliate Relationships

No affiliate relationships are currently configured or confirmed. The Site is not enrolled in Amazon Associates or any other affiliate program, and there are no affiliate links on the Site today. That means we do not earn commissions when you click a link or buy something. Links to manufacturers, retailers or other sites, where they appear, are there for reference. If we join an affiliate program in the future, we will update this page and place a clear affiliate disclosure near the relevant links, before or when the change goes live. Until this page says otherwise, you should not assume that any link on the Site earns us anything.

Advertising

No advertising network is configured, and no ads appear on the Site. There are no display ads, no sponsored placements and no ad-related tracking scripts. We do not accept payment to place a brand or product in a recipe, roundup or review. If advertising is added in the future, we will update this page, and the ads will be distinguishable from editorial content so that they are not mistaken for it. The Privacy Policy explains what that would mean for information handling, and we will revise it before or when any advertising goes live.

Sponsorships

No sponsorships are configured. No article on the Site is sponsored, and no content is described as paid or brand-supported. If sponsored content is ever published, it will be labeled clearly at the top of the affected page, using plain wording such as “sponsored” or “paid partnership,” rather than relying on this page alone.

Compensation, Free Products and Other Material Relationships

We have not received payment, free products, review samples, gifts, discounts, trips or other compensation from any manufacturer, retailer, brand or other company in connection with content on the Site. No free-product arrangements are configured. The Site has no knowing financial or personal relationship with the brands that it discusses that would affect how a reader might view a recommendation. If we later receive a free product or any other material benefit, we will say so near the affected recommendation, and we will not describe a product as independently chosen if it was provided with an expectation of coverage. The Site does not sell its own products, courses or services at present.

Editorial Independence and Conflicts of Interest

Content on the Site is prepared on editorial grounds: what is likely to help a home baker understand a recipe, a technique or a purchase decision. No outside party currently pays for, approves or influences its content. If a commercial relationship were added, our intention would be to keep editorial judgments separate from it and to disclose any conflict of interest that a reasonable reader would want to know about. The Site’s articles are presented through a named editorial persona, Nora Whitfield. The author is a fictional editorial persona, and the portrait is a generated image. Neither is evidence of credentials, employment, professional training or hands-on product testing. The About page explains what the persona is and what it does and does not represent. When the content says “I,” it is the voice of the Site’s editorial style and should not be read as a claim of personal experience with any particular product.

No Guaranteed Results, Earnings or Savings

The Site makes no promise of any particular baking result. Recipes are written as guides, and they are not claimed to be lab-tested. Your loaf may differ because of flour, hydration, yeast or starter strength, temperature, humidity, altitude, oven behavior and technique. The Site makes no promises about savings, value or return on any purchase. A product that is described as a good value or worth considering may not be a good fit for you, and a price that we mention may change or may not be available to you. The Site does not offer any income opportunity, and nothing on it should be read as a promise of earnings. We do not claim that a piece of equipment will improve your baking in a specific, measurable way.

Research Methods, Review Limits and Testimonials

A small number of articles discuss equipment and ingredients such as bread machines, mixers, Dutch ovens and flour. These roundups and reviews are research-based. They draw on specifications, manufacturer information and patterns in owner reports. They are not laboratory tests or hands-on tests, and we do not say or imply that we purchased, used or tested the products discussed. Research from specifications and owner reports has limits. Specifications may be incomplete or inaccurate, manufacturers may overstate performance, owner reports may be unrepresentative or out of date, and a product may change after we wrote about it. Our conclusions are judgments based on the information available, and a different reader or a different unit may have a different experience. Recipes are written as guides and have not been presented as tested in a laboratory. Images on the Site are illustrative and are not photographs of tested recipes unless a page says so. The Site does not currently feature testimonials or reader reviews. If it does in future, they will come from real people, we will not fabricate them, and we will disclose any compensation connected with them.

Product Details, Prices, Availability and Sellers

Product specifications, features, formulations, prices, availability, warranties and return terms change often. What we write is accurate, at best, only as of the date it was prepared or last updated. Please confirm current details with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy. We do not sell the products we discuss, and we are not a party to your purchase. The seller or manufacturer is responsible for the product, its delivery, its warranty and its returns. If we mention a price, it is an approximate reference and is not an offer. If a product is recalled or has a safety notice, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and official notices, which will be more current than our articles.

Informational Purpose and Professional Advice

The Site is for general information about home baking. It does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, food-safety or safety advice. Nutrition, gluten-free, low-carb and other diet-related articles are educational and do not replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. If you have celiac disease, diabetes, a food allergy or another condition, consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, and check ingredient labels on the products you buy. Baking involves hot ovens, hot cookware, steam, boiling water, sharp tools and appliances, so follow the manufacturer’s instructions and take care. Raw flour and raw dough can carry bacteria, so handle them carefully and bake food thoroughly. The Terms of Use describe these risks and the limits of our responsibility in more detail.

Accuracy, Updates and Corrections

We work to keep the Site accurate, but errors, omissions and outdated information can occur. Recipes, measurements, nutrition notes and equipment details may be corrected or changed, and pages may be edited or removed at any time. If you spot a mistake in a recipe, a measurement or a nutrition note, send us the page and the line in question through the Contact form or by email. We will review corrections in good faith, but we cannot promise a reply, a response time or that we will make a change. We may revise this page as the Site changes, and the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was most recently reviewed.

Where Disclosures Appear

Our practice is to put disclosures where you will see them rather than only on this page. At present there are no affiliate links, ads, sponsorships or gifted products, so no such notices appear on content pages. If that changes, we will place a clear disclosure close to the relevant links or recommendations, in language that is plain and easy to notice. We will also add a site-wide notice where one is appropriate and update this page. If you ever see a link or recommendation on the Site that appears to be commercial and carries no disclosure, please tell us, because it may be a mistake that we want to fix.

Questions, Updates and Contact

If you have a question about anything on this page, use the contact form on the Contact page or email hello@honeybutterbread.com. The contact form is enabled and is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare has reported the receiving address as verified and mail routing as enabled, but we have not yet run an end-to-end delivery test, so we cannot be certain that a message will reach us. We do not promise a reply or response time. The Contact page has the current details. If you want to know how information you send us is handled, read the Privacy Policy.
